This is the official GoodQuickLook support page and can be used as the App Store Connect Support URL. The page is kept stable and includes contact options, installation steps, purchase restoration notes, refund guidance, and permission details.

Include your macOS version, GoodQuickLook version, file type, reproduction steps, and a clear description.

Install and enable

• Install GoodQuickLook securely from the App Store.
• Launch the app and follow the setup prompts to enable Quick Look, Thumbnail, and Finder extensions.
• Select a file in Finder and press Space. If macOS still shows the bare-bones native preview, relaunch Finder or restart your Mac and try again.

Plugin quota

The free version can enable core preview categories. Pro unlocks all preview plugins, advanced rendering options, and priority support.

Purchase, restore, and refunds

Pro is purchased through the App Store. If you reinstall the app or move to a new Mac, use Restore Purchase in the app while signed in with the original purchasing Apple ID. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's Report a Problem flow or App Store purchase history.

Permissions

Preview plugins need to read files you select so they can generate local preview visuals. GoodQuickLook never uploads file contents for previewing.
